Walking through the poetic hymn of Colossians 1:15–23, Pastor Keith shares how we can anchor our lives and build our hope on the firm foundation of Jesus Christ: - Lord of Creation (vv. 15–17): Jesus is before all things, holding the entire fabric of the cosmos together so we don't have to. - Lord of the New Creation (vv. 18–20): In His resurrection, Jesus inaugurated the new creation in the middle of the old age, promising to reconcile all things and defeat sin and death forever. - Lord of You (vv. 21–23): On a personal scale, Christ reconciled us through His death to present us holy and blameless, offering a sure hope that doesn't depend on the strength of our grip, but on the rock of His finished work.
